For Hair:

1-It can be used on dry hair for styling or on damp hair after washing for hydration and protection.
2-pray or pump a small amount of dry oil into your hands.
3-Start with 1-2 sprays for fine hair and 3-4 sprays for thick or curly hair to avoid overloading.
4-Focus on the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, Avoid applying directly to the roots.

For body:

1-Start with clean, dry skin to ensure better absorption.
2-For the best results, apply dry oil when your skin is slightly damp. This helps lock in moisture.
3-Spray or pump a small amount of the dry oil onto your palm or directly onto the skin.
4-Rub the oil into your skin using gentle, circular motions until fully absorbed.
